Open to students aged 14-24, the Award is designed to empower participants to take on personal goals across four key areas:

Bronze, Silver, and Gold

There are three progressive levels—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—each requiring a higher degree of commitment and leadership.

The Award offers students the opportunity to:
- Develop valuable life skills such as teamwork, resilience, and leadership
- Pursue and explore personal interests and hobbies
- Make meaningful contributions through community service
- Gain a sense of accomplishment through S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting and self-discipline

Confidence and Self-Reliance

Whether through learning a new instrument, volunteering at a local charity, or taking on a challenging expedition, students grow in confidence and self-reliance while working towards a prestigious and internationally respected certification.

Parents can be assured that The Award provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment for personal growth. It’s an enriching journey that not only builds character but also enhances university and career prospects by demonstrating a commitment to excellence beyond academics.
